In the aftermath of 2008, many financial institutions have chosen to apply Lean Management to improve cost efficiencies, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Today, companies who have manual, high volume, and repetitive tasks involving structured data, such as transactions, rely on Robotics Process Automation (RPA). Even if the technology often adds the most value to clients, we need to keep in mind that people, processes, and technologies are interdependent.
That is where Smart Process Automation (SPA) comes in to improve customer experience and cope with these new ways of working. Our client can count on our Change Management experts.
